Hey there, lovely readers! Welcome back to my blog. Today, I'm adopting a more relaxed tone as I dive into a fascinating topic: how the words we think and speak can have a profound impact on our physical health. It's a concept that might seem abstract at first, but bear with me as I break it down in a way that's easy to understand.
We live in a vibrational reality
Let's start by exploring the concept of energy waves. These waves carry distinct vibrational frequencies and amplitudes, essentially forming the building blocks of our reality. Picture a vast spectrum, infinitely vast or minuscule, weaving through the very fabric of existence, even between the atoms themselves. Our capacity to perceive a limited portion of these frequencies is evident in our ability to sense light waves with our eyes and sound waves with our ears. However, the vast majority of the spectrum remains beyond our perceptual reach, including those that exceed the capabilities of our current technological tools. These frequencies don't just exist in isolation; they interact with physical matter, shaping and influencing it in profound ways. Consider, for instance, the mesmerising patterns that emerge when salt is vibrated on a plate, revealing the intricate dance of frequencies at play. But it's not just external substances like salt that are affected by these energies. Our thoughts, feelings, and emotions also emit their own vibrational frequencies. Positive, joyful thoughts resonate at higher frequencies, while negative ones vibrate at a lower frequency.

Scientific evidence that our words carry vibrations
Now, here's where it gets truly fascinating: the words we use to express these thoughts carry their own unique frequencies. While language itself is a human construct, each word is imprinted with meaning and energy. Numerous experiments have demonstrated how the frequency of the language we use can directly influence our physical reality.
Take, for example, the groundbreaking work of the Japanese scientist Dr. Masaru Emoto. He gained recognition for his fascinating experiments exploring the effects of human consciousness, emotions, and intentions on the molecular structure of water. Dr. Emoto's work involved exposing water to various stimuli, including spoken words, music, and thoughts, then freezing the water and examining the crystalline patterns that formed under a microscope. His research suggested that positive or negative vibrations could influence the formation of water crystals, indicating a potential link between human consciousness and the molecular structure of water.

Similar experiments involving plants and even rice submerged in water have yielded equally compelling results. Plants exposed to positive words flourished, growing big and strong, while those subjected to negative words withered and died. Likewise, rice exposed to positive language fostered the growth of beneficial fungus, whereas negative language caused it to rot. Interesting experiments have also been undertaken comparing the growth of plants watered with water boiled conventionally on the stove versus water boiled in the microwave. Remarkably, the plants receiving microwaved water exhibit less growth than those given water boiled conventionally. This raises questions about whether microwave energy waves might be adversely affecting the crystalline structure of the water, akin to the impact of negative words or intentions. What's crucial to understand here is that water, a fundamental component of both our bodies and the natural world, seems to be imprinted with the frequency of the words it encounters. This suggests a profound interplay between our language, our thoughts, and the physical world around us.

The rice experiment, where the left one received negative words, or ‘hate’ and the one on the right received love.
Conclusion
Considering that our bodies are composed of roughly 70% water, it's no wonder that the energies we interact with can have such a profound impact on our well-being. These energies form our energy field, the very foundation from which our physical bodies manifest. It's a reminder of the intricate connection between mind, body, and spirit, and underscores the importance of cultivating positive thoughts and language, not just for our mental well-being but also for our physical health. It suggests that our internal dialogue and the words we choose to express outwardly could have tangible effects on our bodies and overall wellness.
I strongly advocate for the importance of our individual paths to healing as a means of disease prevention. Physical ailments often serve as indicators of beliefs that are incongruent with our genuine selves. This belief underscores my commitment to training as a hypnotherapist, where I aim to assist individuals in rewiring detrimental thought patterns and belief systems that may be contributing to the manifestation of illness in their bodies.
