The Evolution Protocol
This is my most in-depth package, designed for those ready for real, lasting change. Together we’ll create a custom series of 6 sessions, tailored to your unique history, patterns and goals. We’ll blend at least 3 regression therapy sessions with advanced hypnotherapy and other holistic tools as needed, moving at a pace that feels safe and supportive. This extended journey gives your mind, body and soul the time and space they need for profound, integrated transformation.

The Expansion Protocol
Deep regression work is most powerful when it unfolds over time. In this 4-session package, we combine at least one dedicated regression therapy session with other hypnotherapy approaches, tailored to your unique needs. Early sessions focus on gently uncovering and understanding the root stories and patterns. Later sessions weave in targeted hypnotherapy to release, reframe and integrate what arises. This layered process allows your system to heal safely and deeply, supporting real, lasting change.
The Awakening Protocol
True hypnotherapy change happens over time, not in a single session. In this 3-session bundle, we combine hypnotherapy, Reiki, EmoTrance and Parts Therapy, tailored to your unique needs. Each session builds on the last: first we gently explore and reframe the root patterns in your subconscious, then we deepen the new beliefs and responses, and finally we reinforce and stabilise the shifts. This layered approach gives your mind and nervous system time to integrate, supporting more profound, lasting transformation.
Reiki 3-Session Bundle
Commit to your healing journey with three deeply nurturing Reiki sessions. In the first session, we gently begin to clear and balance your energy. The second session builds on this work, reaching deeper layers of stress, emotion and fatigue. By the third session, your system has had time to integrate the shifts, helping the changes to settle in for more stable, lasting results.
