What Is Chakra Clearing?
In this session, we use hypnotherapy to gently guide you into a relaxed, safe state where we can explore your energy system together. From there, we visualise each of your chakras and tune into how they look, feel and function. As we move through the chakras, we identify any blockages, imbalances or places that feel heavy, numb or overactive.
Rather than forcing anything, we meet these areas with curiosity and compassion, listening to the stories, emotions or beliefs they may be holding. With your permission, we then work to release what is ready to shift from your energy system, inviting in healing, balance and flow. The aim is not to “fix” you, but to help your whole system feel clearer, lighter and more aligned with who you truly are.

What Happens During a Session
We begin with a short conversation about how you’re feeling and what you’d like support with. Then, I guide you into a relaxed, natural state using gentle hypnotherapy. From there, we move through each chakra, using visualisation and felt sense to explore how it looks, feels and functions. Together, we notice any blockages or imbalances, meet them with curiosity and compassion, and invite release and healing. We close with time to integrate, ask questions and ground, so you leave feeling safe, clear and supported.

What does a session feel like?
Most people describe the session as deeply relaxing, soothing and insightful. You may notice images, sensations, emotions or memories arising as we move through the chakras. You are always in control and can share as much or as little as feels right for you.
Will I be in control the whole time?
Yes. Hypnotherapy is not mind control. You remain aware, able to speak, ask questions and choose what you engage with. You can pause or stop at any time. My role is to guide and support you, never to override your will or boundaries.

Yes. We move at a pace that feels safe for your system, and we only work with what you are ready to meet. As a trained scientist and holistic practitioner, I hold a grounded, contained space so you can explore your inner world with care and support.
How many sessions will I need?
Many people notice a real shift after one session, especially if there is a clear focus or intention. Others choose a series of sessions or a package to go deeper, integrate changes and continue their healing journey over time.
Can we work online, or do I need to come in person?
Both options are available. Online sessions (via Zoom) are very effective, as you can relax in your own space while we work together. In-person sessions are held in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. We can choose the format that feels most supportive for you.
How should I prepare for my session?
It helps to arrive with an open mind, a clear intention (even if it’s simply “I want to feel more like myself”), and a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Wear something cosy, have water nearby, and allow some gentle time afterwards to rest and integrate.
