Rather than following a fixed script, we explore the deeper layers of your subconscious together, so you can understand what’s really driving your patterns and responses. This approach honours your inner wisdom and supports you to create change from the inside out.

How This Differs From Clinical or Scripted Hypnotherapy

This is not standard, one‑size‑fits‑all scripted hypnotherapy. Instead of reading the same script to everyone, we actively engage with your subconscious in real time. I listen closely to what arises for you and respond with tailored guidance, questions and energetic support. This allows us to work with the specific roots of your experience, rather than trying to “overlay” a generic suggestion.

I draw on a range of advanced energetic tools to support your system. This may include working with the body’s energy field, clearing stagnant patterns, and inviting in new, more supportive ways of being. The intention is to help your subconscious and energy body release what no longer serves you, and to create space for greater ease, alignment and self‑trust. What Happens During a Session

We begin with a short conversation to understand what you’d like to explore and what feels most important right now. Throughout the session we work together, using imagery, dialogue and energetic techniques, to meet, soften and transform what is ready to shift. You remain aware and in control at all times, and we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Spirit Release

During a Spirit Release release, we explore and release any energies that may be sitting in your field but are not part of your true self. This can include persistent thought‑forms or other subtle influences. The intention is to restore your space to you, so you can feel lighter, clearer and more yourself.

Current Life Regression

Current life regression allows us to trace your present‑day patterns back to important scenes from your own life story. As we work with these memories in a safe, supported way, the emotional charge can ease, helping you feel less stuck and more resourced now.

Inner Child Healing

In this work we gently connect with your inner child, listen to what they needed and may not have received, and explore new ways to meet those needs now. We remind this part of you that they are safe in the present, and support healing and nurturing from your adult self.

Parts Therapy

Parts Therapy is a powerful approach where we gently meet different “parts” of the subconscious that may be in conflict with one another, sometimes even showing up as tension in the body. By listening to each part with compassion and gratitude, we can soften internal conflict and invite more harmony and cooperation within.

EmoTrance

EmoTrance is an advanced hypnotherapy-based approach where we gently engage with the subconscious mind to notice how energy is held in the body and support those imbalances to soften, move and transform.
